  • Jenifer Braley gives invited talk in the Chemistry Department Colloquium University of Missouri, November 2015.
  • Kevin McCann presented his work at the Actinide Separations Conference and was awarded a U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science Graduate Student Research (SCGSR) award. In November, 2015 He will spend a year at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory studying the higher oxidation states of transuranic elements. Information about the program can be found here.   • Anna Baldwin presented her poster, "PUREX Process Trace Metal Signatures for Source Facility Determination" at the Academic Laboratory Meeting at Argonne National Laboratory in Chicago in July 2014. Nice job Anna!
  • Dr. Braley wins a DOE Early Career research award in May 2014! Her project, "Actinide N-Donor Thermodynamics: Expanding the f-element Covalency Dialogue" will examine fundamental chemistry of the actinide elements. The press release can be found here.
